Hi Academia,

All of you know, for many workplace deviants in the Higher Learning Institutions can not serve the role for juniors and next generation. The effect always fall on real academia more. Many a time, many of them serves as the de-motivator, because of narrow pursuit of academic exercises and for emphasis on narrowness and for undue emphasis on core competence development. They can make a thin pillar of knowledge and they neglect their own broad base behaviour and psychology. They are low self esteem-er, they never can promote anyone. They feel, they are doing right, no body can do right as like as them. Such personality is worth for keeping in the museum for demotvators. If we keep them in such museum we would be able to keep the workplace of Higher Learning Institutions clean as well as able put the efforts of time matching human resource development for this critical age and at the same time, some of would be able to work as the Real Human Resource Developer.
I invite to the colleagues to share this type experiences and also to create a reservoir of low self-esteemers by giving appropriate witnesses.
